Preferably wash wool by hand or on the 30°C wool cycle. Use a dedicated wool detergent and no fabric softener. Wash inside out, preferably in a laundry bag, and with similar colours. Do not soak. Gently press out water or choose a short, low spin. Do not wring.
Do not tumble dry Dry flat Away from direct sunlight/heat
Never tumble dry wool. After washing, gently reshape the garment and dry flat on a clean towel. Keep it away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Do not hang, to prevent stretching.
Low temperature (1 dot) Pressing cloth Gentle steam
Iron wool on a low temperature (max. 110°C). Place a clean cloth between the iron and the fabric. You can steam lightly to remove creases. Do not press hard or iron too long in one spot.

- How do I measure my blazer size?
- Jacket size = chest circumference / 2 (in cm). Our sizing guide automatically calculates this from your height and weight.
- Can I wear this blazer separately from trousers?
- Absolutely — all Mix & Match blazers are designed to be worn separately or as part of a suit. Pair with tailored chinos for a smart-casual look.
- How do returns work?
- You have 14 days to change your mind. There are no return costs when you exchange for store credit, drop your return off at one of our stores, or send it back yourself with your own label. Only when you choose a refund with our DHL return label do you pay € 4,99, the price of that label. If you send it by post, please place the packing slip or a note with your order number in the box: without a return form, processing and refunding may take longer. Remove the old shipping label from the box, or make it completely unreadable, including the barcode. Otherwise DHL may send the parcel back to you. Register your return at gents.nl/retourneren.
- When will my order arrive?
- In Netherlands, your order usually arrives within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on working days before 23:59 are usually dispatched from our warehouse the same day; weekend orders are sent out on Monday.

- Absolutely. Our stylists are available at all 19 of our stores — no obligation and without an appointment. For suits and weddings, we do recommend booking an appointment.
