Which colour with which suit?

• Black is the choice for a dark grey, charcoal or black suit, for business appointments and in the evening.
• Cognac and brown suit a blue, beige, green or light grey suit. They make your outfit warmer and less severe.
• Suede is more informal. A suede lace-up looks great with chinos or under a casual blazer.

A rule of thumb that never fails: choose a belt in the same colour as your shoes.

Keeping your shoes looking their best

After wearing, place leather shoes on shoe trees so they keep their shape and can release moisture. Polish smooth leather regularly with shoe cream in the colour of the shoe. Brush suede dry with a suede brush and protect it with a waterproofing spray. Ideally, avoid wearing the same pair two days in a row.
