What does returning cost?
The return fee of € 4,99 is the price of our DHL return label. You only pay it if you want a refund and use our label.
Exchange? Choose store credit. You won't pay a return fee, and you can use your credit to order the size or item you do want.
In store Returning in a GENTS store is always free.
Ship it yourself If you send it with your own label, we do not charge return fees. You pay the postage yourself.
Why use our DHL label?
- Track your parcel in My GENTS and receive an email as soon as it has reached us.
- Our address is already on it. Drop it off at any DHL point.
- No printer? From the Netherlands, simply show a QR code at a DHL ServicePoint.
- If your parcel gets lost with DHL, you will still get your money or credit back. We'll take care of that with DHL. View the terms and conditions
Place the packing slip in the box. This serves as our return form. Without a return form, processing and refunding may take longer. Lost the packing slip? A note with your order number will do just as well.
Remove the old shipping label from the box, or make it completely unreadable, including the barcode. Otherwise DHL may send the parcel back to you.
