You pay shipping costs once per order, even if your order arrives in multiple packages. Above the complimentary shipping threshold, you pay nothing.
We don't ship to islands such as Sicily, Sardinia, the Balearic Islands, Corsica, Madeira, the Azores and the Greek islands, nor to the Canary Islands and overseas territories, as the carrier charges a surcharge there.

Prefer to pick up? At checkout, choose one of our 19 stores. Pick-up is complimentary and you'll be notified as soon as your order is ready. Visit our stores.
At a DHL pick-up point
In Netherlands and Belgium, you can also have your package delivered to a DHL parcel point; you can choose this at checkout.
Multiple packages
If part of your order ships from a store, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. You'll receive multiple tracking codes and never pay duplicate shipping costs.
