The easiest way is to look at a previously purchased shirt. The sizes of Gents or Blumfontain do not differ.

Sleeve length 7   
All shirts with a sleeve length 7 behind the size (S7, M7, L7 etc.) have an extra sleeve length of 7 cm.
Ideal for people who always have sleeves that are too short and for that reason often have to buy a shirt that is too large.
