Wash your item at 30°C on the wool cycle. Use wool detergent, no bleach and no fabric softener. Turn the garment inside out and preferably place it in a laundry bag. Choose a low spin speed.
Do not tumble dry. Gently squeeze out the water, do not wring. Lay the garment flat on a towel, reshape it and let it dry that way, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Iron on a low temperature. Use a pressing cloth to prevent shine. Light steaming or using the steam function is permitted. Always test first on a small area.
We only alter clothing bought at GENTS. Not quite the perfect fit? In store, we pin it for you and our tailor makes the adjustments: sleeves and trouser legs to length, taking in or letting out.
Order online and collect in-store, and you can add alterations to your order right away.

- How do returns work?
- You have 14 days to change your mind. There are no return costs when you exchange for store credit, drop your return off at one of our stores, or send it back yourself with your own label. Only when you choose a refund with our DHL return label do you pay € 4,99, the price of that label. If you send it by post, please place the packing slip or a note with your order number in the box: without a return form, processing and refunding may take longer. Remove the old shipping label from the box, or make it completely unreadable, including the barcode. Otherwise DHL may send the parcel back to you. Register your return at gents.nl/retourneren.
