About the position

Besides attention to their products, good service and expert advice are also highly valued at GENTS. As Store Manager, you are the key link: every day you are ready to provide customers with tailored style advice, with impeccable expertise. In this way, you ensure that every gentleman becomes a true gentleman.

As Store Manager Zoetermeer, you take the lead over the team and ensure that all store processes are safeguarded.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Achieving sales targets
  • Planning the right staffing
  • Monitoring the store inventory
  • Ensuring a clean and well-maintained store
  • Cash management and store administration
  • Maintaining the national appearance
  • Maintaining collegiality and ensuring a pleasant atmosphere
  • Correct handling of webshop-related tasks
  • Building the customer base
  • Training, supporting, and evaluating team members

Job requirements

You describe yourself as an independent and enterprising person. You approach life positively, remain flexible, and have patience. On the work floor, you are characterized by your decisiveness and involvement.

Furthermore, you bring:

  • A few years of experience in (Assistant) Store Management
  • Experience in men's (ready-to-wear) fashion
  • You can skillfully handle systems (Microsoft Office, cash register)
  • You speak fluent Dutch
  • You are available full-time
  • You live in the province of South Holland, near Zoetermeer
