Returns at GENTS

We want to make it as easy as possible for you. Below you will clearly read how returns work and what options you have.

Free returns when you choose store credits

If you choose refund in store credits when registering your return, you will receive a free return label via Returnista. So you pay no return costs.

Store credits are valid indefinitely, you do not have to use them all at once and you can use them immediately as a payment method in our webshop. In your account profile you can always see your current store credit balance.

Store credits cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be used in our physical stores.

Return period

• You have a 14-day reflection period from the moment you receive your order.
• If you want to return after these 14 days, you can do so up to 30 days after receipt, provided you have notified us in writing within the first 14 days.
• Products must be unworn, undamaged and with all labels attached.

How can you return your order?

   • Do you choose store credits? Then you will receive a free return label.
   • Do you choose a refund in money? Then you pay the return label costs via Returnista.

Returning purchases made in our stores

Items purchased in our physical stores can be exchanged within 14 days for other items or a voucher/money back. The original purchase receipt is required for this.

Refund

As soon as we have received your return (or you have shown that you have sent the package), we will refund your purchase amount as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days. Refunds are made via the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed.

Note

• Insufficiently stamped return shipments will be withheld at your expense.
• If the remaining order amount after your return is under €75,-, shipping costs will still be charged.
• If your return causes the minimum order amount of a discount voucher to be no longer met, the discount will automatically expire.
