How to measure yourself (guidelines)

Chest circumference

Place the measuring tape horizontally under your armpits over the fullest part of the chest. Breathe normally and do not hold the tape too tight.

Waist width

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist. Relax your stomach and ensure the tape lies flat.

Sleeve length

Measure from the shoulder point over the outside of your arm to the wrist. Keep the arm slightly bent.
