Wash Bleach Professional leather cleaning ( P)
Do not wash leather in a washing machine or by hand. Clean stains with a soft, slightly damp cloth and do not rub hard. For stubborn stains, use a specialist leather cleaner and test first on an inconspicuous spot. Do not use bleach or harsh cleaning agents. For a thorough clean, take the item to a leather specialist.
Tumble dryer Air dry Direct heat/sun
Gently blot away moisture with a clean cloth. Reshape the item and hang it on a wide hanger. Air dry at room temperature, away from sunlight and heat sources such as radiators. Never use a tumble dryer.
Iron Hang/steam creases at a distance
Do not iron leather. Hang the item in the bathroom during a hot shower or use a garment steamer at a generous distance without touching the leather. Small creases often disappear on their own through wear or hanging.

- You have 14 days to change your mind. There are no return costs when you exchange for store credit, drop your return off at one of our stores, or send it back yourself with your own label. Only when you choose a refund with our DHL return label do you pay € 4,99, the price of that label. If you send it by post, please place the packing slip or a note with your order number in the box: without a return form, processing and refunding may take longer. Remove the old shipping label from the box, or make it completely unreadable, including the barcode. Otherwise DHL may send the parcel back to you. Register your return at gents.nl/retourneren.
- When will my order arrive?
- In Netherlands, your order usually arrives within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on working days before 23:59 are usually dispatched from our warehouse the same day; weekend orders are sent out on Monday.

- Absolutely. Our stylists are available at all 19 of our stores — no obligation and without an appointment. For suits and weddings, we do recommend booking an appointment.
