Wash microfibre at 30°C on a delicate cycle. Use a small amount of mild detergent. Do not use fabric softener or bleach; this can clog the fibres. Preferably wash separately or with non-linting fabrics to prevent lint. Close zips and use a laundry bag if possible.

Preferably air dry, flat or on a rack. If you want to use the dryer, choose a low temperature or cool air. Do not use dryer sheets. Remove the item from the drum immediately to prevent creasing.

Ironing is not necessary and is not recommended for microfiber. If you really must, iron only very briefly on the lowest setting, without steam, preferably with a pressing cloth in between. This prevents heat damage.

- Our shoe sizes follow standard European sizing. Between two sizes? As a rule, choose the larger, especially for leather styles.
- How do returns work?
- You have 14 days to change your mind. There are no return costs when you exchange for store credit, drop your return off at one of our stores, or send it back yourself with your own label. Only when you choose a refund with our DHL return label do you pay € 4,99, the price of that label. If you send it by post, please place the packing slip or a note with your order number in the box: without a return form, processing and refunding may take longer. Remove the old shipping label from the box, or make it completely unreadable, including the barcode. Otherwise DHL may send the parcel back to you. Register your return at gents.nl/retourneren.
- When will my order arrive?
- In Netherlands, your order usually arrives within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on working days before 23:59 are usually dispatched from our warehouse the same day; weekend orders are sent out on Monday.

- Absolutely. Our stylists are available at all 19 of our stores — no obligation and without an appointment. For suits and weddings, we do recommend booking an appointment.
