Wash your viscose/nylon item at 30°C on the delicate or hand wash cycle. Use a mild liquid detergent. Turn the garment inside out and preferably place it in a laundry bag. Wash with similar colours and spin briefly on a low setting. Do not use bleach.

Do not tumble dry your item. After washing, gently reshape it and dry flat on a clean towel. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources to keep its shape and colour looking beautiful.

Iron on a low temperature (1 dot) and always inside out. Use a pressing cloth to prevent shiny marks. Light steaming is permitted, but keep the temperature low to protect the nylon fibres.

Only when you choose a refund with our DHL return label do you pay € 4,99, the price of that label. If you send it by post, please place the packing slip or a note with your order number in the box: without a return form, processing and refunding may take longer. Remove the old shipping label from the box, or make it completely unreadable, including the barcode. Otherwise DHL may send the parcel back to you. Register your return at gents.nl/retourneren.
- When will my order arrive?
- In Netherlands, your order usually arrives within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on working days before 23:59 are usually dispatched from our warehouse the same day; weekend orders are sent out on Monday.
