Wash your Viscose/Nylon item at 30°C on a delicate cycle. Use a mild detergent, wash inside out and preferably in a laundry bag. Wash with similar colours. Do not bleach and do not wring hard; gently squeeze out the water.
Do not tumble dry Dry flat Air dry Keep out of sun
Air dry your garment, lying flat on a towel. Gently reshape while still damp. Do not tumble dry and do not dry in direct sunlight to prevent shrinking and distortion.
Low temperature Inside out Pressing cloth Light steam
Iron on a low temperature (1 dot), inside out and preferably with a pressing cloth. Light steaming is also possible. Avoid high heat; nylon can melt and viscose can become shiny when too hot.

- You have 14 days to change your mind. There are no return costs when you exchange for store credit, drop your return off at one of our stores, or send it back yourself with your own label. Only when you choose a refund with our DHL return label do you pay € 4,99, the price of that label. If you send it by post, please place the packing slip or a note with your order number in the box: without a return form, processing and refunding may take longer. Remove the old shipping label from the box, or make it completely unreadable, including the barcode. Otherwise DHL may send the parcel back to you. Register your return at gents.nl/retourneren.
- When will my order arrive?
- In Netherlands, your order usually arrives within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on working days before 23:59 are usually dispatched from our warehouse the same day; weekend orders are sent out on Monday.

- Absolutely. Our stylists are available at all 19 of our stores — no obligation and without an appointment. For suits and weddings, we do recommend booking an appointment.
