Je wast dit artikel op 30°C met het wolprogramma. Gebruik een mild wasmiddel voor wol en geen wasverzachter. Was binnenstebuiten, bij voorkeur in een waszak, en met vergelijkbare kleuren. Kies een lage centrifugeerstand. Niet bleken.
Na het wassen trek je het kledingstuk voorzichtig in model en laat je het plat drogen op een schone handdoek. Niet in de droger. Niet uitwringen. Droog uit de zon en weg van directe warmte.
Je strijkt op lage temperatuur (één stip). Gebruik een persdoek tussen het strijkijzer en de stof. Strijk bij voorkeur binnenstebuiten en zonder veel druk. Kort stomen op lage stand mag.
