- How do returns work?
- You have 14 days to change your mind. No return fee when you exchange via store credit, return in one of our stores or send it with your own label; you only pay € 4,99, the price of our DHL return label, if you want your money back and use that label. Sending it back by post? Put the packing slip or a note with your order number in the box: without a returns form, processing and refunding can take longer. Remove the old shipping label from the box, or make it completely unreadable, including the barcode. Otherwise DHL may send the parcel back to you. Register your return at gents.nl/retourneren.
- Wanneer is mijn bestelling in huis?
- In Netherlands heb je je bestelling meestal binnen 1–2 werkdagen.

Reviews
What customers say
There are no reviews for this item yet. Be the first to share your experience.
Review your purchase via the link in your order, review email or receipt and earn 10 loyalty points. Once per order or receipt, for customers with a GENTS account.
How we handle reviews
The ‘Geverifieerde aankoop’ label appears on reviews written via the review link of an order or a store receipt that included this item, from our email or from your account. These reviews go live straight away.
We read other reviews before they go live. We cannot check whether the writer bought the item, so they get no label.
Reviews with the label are shown first, then the newest. Older reviews come from our previous review system and carry the label they had there.
Reviews written in a language other than this page are translated automatically. Under a translated review you can always show the original.
Every month we raffle 2× € 50,00 store credit among everyone who writes a review, whatever their rating. If the order or receipt is linked to an account, you get 10 loyalty points for your review, once per order or receipt, whatever rating you give.
