Was het artikel op 30°C met het wolprogramma. Gebruik een wolwasmiddel en geen wasverzachter. Keer het kledingstuk binnenstebuiten en stop het bij voorkeur in een waszak. Centrifugeer kort en op lage snelheid. Was met vergelijkbare kleuren en laat het niet in de natte trommel liggen.
Leg het kledingstuk na het wassen plat te drogen op een schone handdoek. Vorm het voorzichtig terug in model. Gebruik geen wasdroger en hang het niet nat op; zo voorkom je uitrekken en pluizen. Droog buiten direct zonlicht en weg van warmtebronnen.
Als strijken nodig is, strijk op lage temperatuur (1 stip) en bij voorkeur binnenstebuiten. Gebruik een persdoek om glans te voorkomen. Een korte stoombeurt of laten uithangen kan kreukels vaak al verwijderen.
