30°C Delicate Inside out Similar colours
Wash polyester at 30°C on a delicate cycle. Turn the garment inside out. Use a mild detergent and wash with similar colours. Do not use chlorine bleach.
Low heat Line dry/dry flat
Preferably tumble dry on low heat (1 dot), or line dry or lay flat. Remove it from the machine immediately to prevent creasing. Do not dry on a hot radiator or in strong sunlight.
Iron polyester on a low temperature (1 dot). Use a pressing cloth if needed. Avoid high heat and strong steam. Ironing is often unnecessary: shake it out and hang it up straight away.
We only alter clothing bought at GENTS. Not quite the perfect fit? In store, we pin it for you and our tailor makes the adjustments: sleeves and trouser legs to length, taking in or letting out.
Order online and collect in-store, and you can add alterations to your order right away.

- Can I have the trouser leg taken in?
- Yes — in our stores, we'll hem your trousers for you with our tailoring service. Ask about it when picking up or at your fitting appointment.
- How do returns work?
- You have 14 days to change your mind. There are no return costs when you exchange for store credit, drop your return off at one of our stores, or send it back yourself with your own label. Only when you choose a refund with our DHL return label do you pay € 4,99, the price of that label. If you send it by post, please place the packing slip or a note with your order number in the box: without a return form, processing and refunding may take longer. Remove the old shipping label from the box, or make it completely unreadable, including the barcode. Otherwise DHL may send the parcel back to you. Register your return at gents.nl/retourneren.
- When will my order arrive?
- In Netherlands, your order usually arrives within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on working days before 23:59 are usually dispatched from our warehouse the same day; weekend orders are sent out on Monday.

- Absolutely. Our stylists are available at all 19 of our stores — no obligation and without an appointment. For suits and weddings, we do recommend booking an appointment.
