- How should the collar fit?
- Our collar sizes range from 37/38 (S) to 49/50 (4XL). The size indicates neck circumference in cm. For taller men, we offer the 7-cut with extended sleeve and body length.
- How do returns work?
- You have a 14-day cooling-off period. No return fees when exchanging via credit, returning in one of our stores or shipping it yourself with your own label; only for a refund with our DHL return label do you pay € 4,99, the price of that label. If you return it by post, please include the packing slip or a note with your order number in the box: without a return form, processing and refunding may take longer. - When will my order arrive?
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM are typically delivered the next business day. We ship daily on weekdays; weekend orders are dispatched on Monday.
- Can I visit a store for fitting advice?
- Absolutely. Our stylists are available at all 19 of our stores — no obligation and without an appointment. For suits and weddings, we do recommend booking an appointment.
