Was katoenen kleding binnenstebuiten op 30°C met gelijke kleuren. Gebruik een mild wasmiddel. Gebruik geen bleek. Kies een normaal programma en een lage centrifugeersnelheid om krimp te voorkomen.

Strijk op lage warmte. Strijk bij voorkeur binnenstebuiten. Gebruik lichte stoom of strijk als de stof nog een beetje vochtig is. Strijk niet direct over prints of borduursels; leg er een dunne doek tussen.
