Wash at 30°C on the delicate or wool cycle. Wash inside out with similar colours and use a mild detergent (preferably wool detergent). Do not bleach. Because of the blend of polyester, viscose, wool and elastane, gentle washing is best. In doubt? Professional cleaning (P) is permitted.
Do not tumble dry the garment. Lay flat to dry and gently reshape it. Do not dry in direct sunlight.
Iron on a low temperature (max. 110°C), preferably with a pressing cloth. Light steaming is permitted. Do not iron over any prints or accessories.
We only alter clothing bought at GENTS. Not quite the perfect fit? In store, we pin it for you and our tailor makes the adjustments: sleeves and trouser legs to length, taking in or letting out.
Order online and collect in-store, and you can add alterations to your order right away.

- You have 14 days to change your mind. There are no return costs when you exchange for store credit, drop your return off at one of our stores, or send it back yourself with your own label. Only when you choose a refund with our DHL return label do you pay € 4,99, the price of that label. If you send it by post, please place the packing slip or a note with your order number in the box: without a return form, processing and refunding may take longer. Remove the old shipping label from the box, or make it completely unreadable, including the barcode. Otherwise DHL may send the parcel back to you. Register your return at gents.nl/retourneren.
- When will my order arrive?
- In Netherlands, your order usually arrives within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on working days before 23:59 are usually dispatched from our warehouse the same day; weekend orders are sent out on Monday.
