Not quite right? You have 14 days to change your mind. No return fees when exchanging via credit, returning in store or shipping it yourself with your own label; only for a refund with our DHL return label do you pay € 4,99, the price of that label. How returns work
Unsure about your size? Use our sizing guide or ask in-store.
- Is this shirt wrinkle-free?
- Many of our shirts are non-iron or easy-care. See Specifications on this page for exact fabric and care details.
- How should the collar fit?
- Our collar sizes range from 37/38 (S) to 49/50 (4XL). The size indicates neck circumference in cm. For taller men, we offer the 7-cut with extended sleeve and body length.
- How do returns work?
- You have 14 days to change your mind. There are no return costs when you exchange for store credit, drop your return off at one of our stores, or send it back yourself with your own label. Only when you choose a refund with our DHL return label do you pay € 4,99, the price of that label. If you send it by post, please place the packing slip or a note with your order number in the box: without a return form, processing and refunding may take longer. Remove the old shipping label from the box, or make it completely unreadable, including the barcode. Otherwise DHL may send the parcel back to you. Register your return at gents.nl/retourneren.
- When will my order arrive?
- In Netherlands, your order usually arrives within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on working days before 23:59 are usually dispatched from our warehouse the same day; weekend orders are sent out on Monday.
- Can I visit a store for fitting advice?
- Absolutely. Our stylists are available at all 19 of our stores — no obligation and without an appointment. For suits and weddings, we do recommend booking an appointment.

Blouse as expected. I do have a complaint about the delivery, and about DHL in particular. The parcel lay outside in front of the front door for 2 days. Thanks to the alertness of one of our neighbours, it did end up in my hands.

How we handle reviews
The label ‘Verified purchase’ appears on reviews written via the review link from an order or receipt that included this item, sent in our email or accessed from your account. These reviews go online immediately.
We read all other reviews before they go online. We cannot verify whether the writer purchased the item, so these reviews do not receive a label.
Reviews with the label appear first, followed by the most recent. Older reviews come from our previous review system and carry the label they were given there.
Reviews written in a language other than that of this page are translated automatically. Under a translated review, you can always show the original.
Every month, we draw 2× € 50,00 in credit among everyone who writes a review, whatever your rating. If your order or receipt is linked to an account, you'll receive 10 loyalty points once per order or receipt for your review, whatever score you give.
