- How do returns work?
- You have a 14-day cooling-off period. No return fees when exchanging via credit, returning in one of our stores or shipping it yourself with your own label; only for a refund with our DHL return label do you pay € 4,99, the price of that label. If you return it by post, please include the packing slip or a note with your order number in the box: without a return form, processing and refunding may take longer. Register your return at gents.nl/retourneren.
- When will my order arrive?
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM are typically delivered the next business day. We ship daily on weekdays; weekend orders are dispatched on Monday.
- Can I visit a store for fitting advice?
- Absolutely. Our stylists are available at all 19 of our stores — no obligation and without an appointment. For suits and weddings, we do recommend booking an appointment.

How we handle reviews
The label ‘Verified purchase’ appears on reviews written via the review link from an order or receipt that included this item, sent in our email or accessed from your account. These reviews go online immediately.
We read all other reviews before they go online. We cannot verify whether the writer purchased the item, so these reviews do not receive a label.
Reviews with the label appear first, followed by the most recent. Older reviews come from our previous review system and carry the label they were given there.
Reviews written in a language other than that of this page are translated automatically. Under a translated review, you can always show the original.
Every month, we draw 2× € 50,00 in credit among everyone who writes a review, whatever your rating. If your order or receipt is linked to an account, you'll receive 50 loyalty points once per order or receipt for your review, whatever score you give.
