How to measure yourself
Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, just under your armpits. Keep the tape measure horizontal and not too tight.
Waist
Measure around your natural waist — just above your hip bones, where your trousers normally sit.
Tip: measure over your underwear or a thin shirt and keep the measuring tape straight and not too tight.

- Should I wear the gilet fitted or relaxed?
- A gilet looks best when fitted neatly, so it doesn't bunch under a blazer. The bottom button always stays undone.
