Do not wash suede in the washing machine or by hand. Have it professionally cleaned by a leather/suede specialist (dry cleaning, P). Blot a stain immediately with a dry cloth, brush gently with a suede brush and use a suede eraser for small stains. Use only a special suede protector spray. Avoid water and harsh agents.
Do not tumble dry suede. Dry flat in the open air on a clean towel, away from sunlight and heat sources. Stuff the item with paper to retain its shape. Once dry, gently brush up the nap with a suede brush.
Do not iron suede. Light creases? Hang it in a humid bathroom so the gentle steam relaxes the fibres, or use a steamer held 20–30 cm away without touching. Then brush briefly. Never use direct heat or pressure.

- Our shoe sizes follow standard European sizing. Between two sizes? As a rule, choose the larger, especially for leather styles.
- How do returns work?
- You have 14 days to change your mind. There are no return costs when you exchange for store credit, drop your return off at one of our stores, or send it back yourself with your own label. Only when you choose a refund with our DHL return label do you pay € 4,99, the price of that label. If you send it by post, please place the packing slip or a note with your order number in the box: without a return form, processing and refunding may take longer. Remove the old shipping label from the box, or make it completely unreadable, including the barcode. Otherwise DHL may send the parcel back to you. Register your return at gents.nl/retourneren.
