Was met de hand in koud tot lauw water (max. 30°C). Gebruik een mild wasmiddel voor zijde. Wrijf of wring niet; knijp het water zachtjes uit. Was bij voorkeur binnenstebuiten en apart. Gebruik geen bleekmiddel.
Doe je artikel niet in de droger. Leg het plat te drogen op een schone handdoek of hang het op een brede hanger. Laat het aan de lucht drogen, uit direct zonlicht. Trek het voorzichtig in vorm terwijl het nog vochtig is.
Strijk op lage temperatuur. Strijk binnenstebuiten en gebruik een dunne doek tussen het strijkijzer en de stof. Gebruik bij voorkeur geen stoom. Beweeg rustig en blijf niet te lang op één plek.
