Was wol op het wolprogramma of met de hand, maximaal 30°C. Gebruik een wolwasmiddel en weinig zeep. Keer je trui of vest binnenstebuiten en was met soortgelijke kleuren. Laat het kort en zacht centrifugeren (lage toeren), of knijp het water er rustig uit. Niet wringen, niet boenen en niet bleken.
Haal het kledingstuk na het wassen direct uit de machine. Rol het in een handdoek om overtollig water op te nemen. Droog liggend op een vlakke ondergrond en breng het in vorm. Houd weg van direct zonlicht en warmtebronnen. Niet in de droger en niet ophangen, anders rekt wol uit.
Strijk op lage temperatuur (één stip). Gebruik bij voorkeur een persdoek tussen het ijzer en de stof, of stoom licht op afstand. Strijk in model zonder te duwen. Strijk niet op natte plekken en vermijd direct contact met labels of naden.

- Yes — in our stores, we'll hem your trousers for you with our tailoring service. Ask about it when picking up or at your fitting appointment.
- How do returns work?
- You have 14 days to change your mind. There are no return costs when you exchange for store credit, drop your return off at one of our stores, or send it back yourself with your own label. Only when you choose a refund with our DHL return label do you pay € 4,99, the price of that label. If you send it by post, please place the packing slip or a note with your order number in the box: without a return form, processing and refunding may take longer. Remove the old shipping label from the box, or make it completely unreadable, including the barcode. Otherwise DHL may send the parcel back to you. Register your return at gents.nl/retourneren.
- When will my order arrive?
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM are typically delivered the next business day. We ship daily on weekdays; weekend orders are dispatched on Monday.

- Absolutely. Our stylists are available at all 19 of our stores — no obligation and without an appointment. For suits and weddings, we do recommend booking an appointment.
