How to measure yourself (guidelines)
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist. Relax your stomach and keep the measuring tape flat, not tight.
Measure straight down from the crotch to the ankle. Use a well-fitting pair of pants as a reference for the most accurate measurement.
Do you wear Slim fit? Consider going one size up compared to Modern fit for extra comfort, especially with thicker thighs.
