Was je artikel op 30°C met een fijnwasprogramma. Was binnenstebuiten en met soortgelijke kleuren. Gebruik een mild vloeibaar wasmiddel en liever geen wasverzachter; zo blijft de stretch van het elastaan beter. Sluit ritsen en klittenband. Centrifugeer licht en laat het kledingstuk niet weken.
Droog je artikel bij voorkeur aan de lijn of plat, uit direct zonlicht. Wil je de droger gebruiken? Kies dan een lage temperatuur (1 punt) en haal het kledingstuk direct eruit om kreuk te voorkomen. Hoge hitte kan elastaan beschadigen.
Strijk op lage temperatuur (1 punt, max. 110°C), bij voorkeur binnenstebuiten. Gebruik een schone persdoek. Strijk niet over opdrukken of elastische delen en gebruik weinig tot geen stoom.
