- Yes — in our stores, we'll hem your trousers for you with our tailoring service. Ask about it when picking up or at your fitting appointment.
- How does returning work?
- You have 14 days to reconsider. Choose a GENTS gift card or return it to one of our 19 stores for free returns; if you prefer the refund to your account, we charge € 4,99 in return costs.
- When will my order arrive?
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM are typically delivered the next business day. We ship daily on weekdays; weekend orders are dispatched on Monday.
- Can I visit a store for fitting advice?
- Absolutely. Our stylists are available at all 19 of our stores — no obligation and without an appointment. For suits and weddings, we do recommend booking an appointment.
