Can I have the trouser leg taken in?

Yes — in our stores, we'll hem your trousers for you with our tailoring service. Ask about it when picking up or at your fitting appointment.

How does returning work?

You have 14 days to reconsider. Choose a GENTS gift card or return it to one of our 19 stores for free returns; if you prefer the refund to your account, we charge € 4,99 in return costs.

When will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are typically delivered the next business day. We ship daily on weekdays; weekend orders are dispatched on Monday.

Can I visit a store for fitting advice?

Absolutely. Our stylists are available at all 19 of our stores — no obligation and without an appointment. For suits and weddings, we do recommend booking an appointment.
