Was op 30°C op het wol- of fijnwasprogramma. Gebruik een wolwasmiddel, geen bleek en bij voorkeur geen wasverzachter. Keer het artikel binnenstebuiten en was met vergelijkbare kleuren. Stop het bij twijfel in een waszak om wrijving te beperken.
Doe het niet in de droger. Druk het water zacht uit (niet wringen), vorm het kledingstuk voorzichtig en laat het plat drogen op een schone handdoek, uit direct zonlicht en weg van warmtebronnen.
Strijk op lage temperatuur (één punt). Gebruik bij voorkeur een persdoek en strijk kort. Licht stomen mag om kreukels te verminderen. Ga niet te heet, anders kan de stof glanzen of krimpen.
