Je wast katoen op 30–40°C in de wasmachine. Was binnenstebuiten en met soortgelijke kleuren. Gebruik een mild wasmiddel en geen bleekmiddel. Kies een normaal of fijnwasprogramma en centrifugeer op lage tot middelhoge stand.
Je droogt katoen het liefst aan de lijn of op een rek. Wil je de droger gebruiken, kies dan een lage temperatuur (delicaat). Haal het artikel direct uit de droger om kreukvorming te beperken.
Je strijkt katoen heet (tot ongeveer 200°C). Gebruik gerust stoom of strijk met een licht vochtige doek. Strijk bij voorkeur binnenstebuiten om glans en afdrukken te voorkomen.
