Ordering at GENTS is easy and secure. Below you can read step by step how it works, which payment methods you can use, and what to expect regarding delivery.
Ordering in the webshop
- Select the product and, if applicable, the size.
- Click Add to cart.
- Open your shopping cart at the top right to review your order.
- Click Checkout.
- Enter your details and choose a delivery method.
- Choose a payment method and complete the payment.
After payment, you will immediately receive a confirmation by email.

Secure payment
All payments are processed via a secure SSL connection and handled by a certified payment partner. Your data is sent encrypted and not stored by GENTS.
Delivery
- DHL delivers in the evening for next-day delivery orders.
- We hand over orders in the morning, so you may not receive tracking information the same day.
- We ship from multiple stores. This means an order can sometimes consist of multiple deliveries.
- If your order is shipped in parts, you will receive multiple track & trace codes.
- We currently do not offer shipping with other carriers.
Want to exchange for a different size or another item? You can do this in two ways: via store credits or in a store.
Exchange via store credits
Once your return is processed, you will receive a gift card that you can use to order another item.
No return costs
If you choose store credits, you won’t pay return shipping costs.
Exchange in-store
Exchanges can also be done in-store. Please bring your order and purchase with you.

We like to make returning as easy as possible. Below you can read how to register your return, what options you have, and which conditions you should consider.
Register a return?
Arrange your return quickly and easily via our return portal.
Free returns with store credits
If you choose a refund in store credits when registering your return, you will receive a free return label via Returnista.
Unsure about the size?
Our products may feel a bit tight the first time you wear them, just like a new pair of jeans.
Give them some time. After about an hour of wearing, they will feel and fit as intended. Keep this in mind before returning immediately or choosing a larger size.
Another option: have it altered in-store
Unsure if an item fits just right? In many cases, you can also have it altered in-store. Our staff will gladly advise you on the options.
Main return points
- You have 14 days to reconsider.
- If you choose store credits, returns are free.
- Returns can be made via Returnista, in-store, or by using a carrier yourself.
- Altered items cannot be returned.
In our stores, you earn points with your purchases. Every euro spent is worth 1 point. Your saved points are converted monthly into a voucher you can use online.
Earn points in stores
You only earn points with purchases in our physical stores. Every euro spent is worth 1 point.
Monthly voucher
Every month you receive a voucher based on your saved points. 1 point is worth €0.05.
Online use only
The voucher can only be redeemed online and not in our stores.
Not redeemable for cash
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or converted into money in any other way.
Validity
A voucher is valid for 3 months, can be used once, and cannot be spent in parts.
Combine with promotions
The voucher can be combined with promotions. If you return an order, you will receive the value back in points.

What are quarter sizes and length sizes?
For suits, GENTS uses quarter sizes and length sizes in addition to standard ready-to-wear sizes. Quarter sizes are intended for a shorter and fuller build, length sizes for a taller build.

Standard sizes: the regular ready-to-wear sizes.

Quarter sizes: shorter size range, often suitable if the standard size is too long.

Length sizes: longer size range, especially useful for taller body height.

Shirts with a 7 Sizes with a suffix, like S7 or M7, have extra long sleeves of about 5–6 cm.
At GENTS you can have your clothes expertly altered so everything fits perfectly. Our experienced tailors ensure your suit, trousers, jacket, vest, or shirt is neatly and professionally adjusted for a polished fit.
